Terms of Service

Zanostack is in active development and has not yet launched. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Zanostack website (www.zanostack.tech, the "Site"), operated by Zanostack ("we", "us", or "our"). They do not yet govern any downloadable product, account, subscription, or paid service, because none of these exist yet. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. When our products launch, we will publish updated terms covering them.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational and interest website for Zanostack, an AI-native office suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, Markdown, and the business workflows around them) that is currently in development. The Site lets you learn about what we are building and contact us. It does not offer accounts, payments, or downloadable software.

2. Coming Soon: Product Descriptions Are Forward-Looking

Product and feature descriptions on the Site — including on the Products, Features, and Demo pages — describe software that is still being built. They are forward-looking: features, design, pricing, and availability may change materially before release, and some features described may not ship at all. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, and submitting a contact or interest form does not create a right to access any product, reserve a place in a queue, or form a contract with you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, or probe, scan, or test the security of, our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content from the Site without our prior written consent
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms, or submit a message on behalf of another person without their permission
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, including malware or spam
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Zanostack or interfere with the operation of the Site

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, branding, and the Zanostack name and logo — are owned by Zanostack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it for informational purposes; you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, or reuse its content without our prior written consent.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other content through our forms, you retain ownership of it, and you give us permission to use it to respond to you and to consider it as we develop Zanostack.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site relies on third-party services for hosting, analytics, and form delivery (Vercel, Google Analytics, and FormSubmit), and may link to third-party websites. We do not control these services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. It is informational only and does not constitute professional advice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zanostack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, and update these Terms, from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
